Return Policy We allow transfer to another class at no additional charge as long as the initial transfer notification is provided to us 60 days prior to the registered event; and transferred event date is within 1 year period from the date of the registration for the original event. Within 60 days of transfer notification we charge 20 percent of the total fee. For Cancellation, charges vary depending on the date of cancellation and Sentryx will refund: 80 percent of the total fee for cancellations 60 days prior to the event date 60 percent of the total fee for cancellations 30 days prior to the event date 20 percent of the total fee for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event date The above policy applies to all training events offered by Sentryx.
